well, it looks like the computor virus has cleared up for now and i'm starting to get more motivated. soooo, i'll be finishing, retouching, retrying and cathing up on any art work i have to or want to do :D there should be quite a few old pieces that i finish by the end of the year submitted, as well as some sparkly new ones and requests (sorry to those i asked in august last year for leaving it so long i.e. :iconextramedicationnowxd::iconarieldm: but i am useless with motivation and deadlines.) as well as that, i'll submit some of my college work, my exam piece from last year (i finally pasted the two pieces together- its on my sisters computor) and afew surprises. trying to get some festive and celebratory pieces done on time, but i can't make any promises ;)

i'll be working on improving my motivation and deadline meeting during this term so i'm hoping to get everything i need sorted by the 18th december. if anyone wants to yell at me on my journal to do my work they are welcome to, 'cus that will help :rofl:

to do;

-forum requests (researching, planning and completing)
-:iconpaperbaglady:'s request (planning)
-submit updated pic's (in progression- 72%)
-exam piece (complete)
-surprise pieces (i not telling who their for ;) nearing completion 67%)
-college pieces (these will never end!)

:bulletred:please, please, PLEASE! be nice about other peoples artwork! if there is something that contradicts with your views or beliefs, bear in mind that they may have spent HOURS slaving away on this picture and EVERYONE is entitled to their own view. HOWEVER! if you do wish to say something about it, try not to offend them- it's the worst thing you can do. not only is it insulting to them, it is just one of the things that can get you banned from this site. it is known as 'flaming'

:bulletred:if you wish to make more than one account for yourself, that is perfectly acceptable. you can have;
-a plz account. this is an account with an icon for people to use in their comments. they usually remain unused by the creator, but are very popular for fun.
-a club account. this can be made and administered by more than one deviant. clubs are themed to what people like and the administers in charge can submit other peoples art in the gallery at the persons request, submit their own deviations, fav, collect, hold contests and watch people. if you alrady have another account, put that in the info so people can look at your account and ask questions. to join a club, all you have to do is ask.
-a seperate account. you can have different account for different purposes. you can have separate accounts for fac pictures, you're own works and random things, etc. just don't expect them all to be viewed. some works are more popular than others ;)
-you may just get tired of your account (you can't change your username on this site, and some get tired of it or move on from the theme the started off liking :shakfist:) if you don't want to use your old account FULL STOP it's best you let people know this with a journal to inform and move your work to the new account. keep the favs there though. i'd be up for days if i had to re-fav everything...

:bulletred:if you wish to leave the site, there isn't really a way to do it. putting a journal up to inform anyone who watched you, removing the favs and artworks from your gallery and hiding all your comments is one way to make sure people know that you aren't coming back. i know someone who did that...

:bulletred:suicide. a grim issue to talk about but bear with me, many people say they will, even on this site. if you get to that stage, tell people. remember, people watched you for a reason! i've seen it before, if you plan on... well... 'kicking the bucket' TELL someone! the people on here aren't just internet buddies, people here care for each other as if they were best friends since birth. many will try to help you through whatever you're going through, whether they know you or not. even random deviants will try to help.

:bulletred:lastly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT steal ANYONES art! if it isn't yours, you have no right to claim it. the only time you can do this is;
-if you have coloured someone elses art and they have ASKED you to submit it to your gallery,
-if a friend of yours does not have an account (for any reason) and wish to gain recognision for their art, so long as it isn't made to offend, AND
- if it is a meme or base and you have asked permission.

under these surcumstances, it is not classed as stealing. as long as you make sure you SAY who it belongs to and confirm they gave you permission first.
this also means you can't submit anything from another website unless it is a photomanipulation. if you make a picture of something that is already a type of t.v show, comic, cartoon, etc. it is wise to say who it belongs to. (e.g, flippy and related characters are (C) to MondoMedia)
